PHENSEDYL DX SYRUP is a combination of Chlorpheniramine and Dextromethorphan which belongs to the group of medicines called Antihistamines and Antitussives respectively. Symptoms of overdosage are drowsiness, lethargy, nystagmus, ataxia, depression, nausea, vomiting, and hyperactivity, excitation, mental confusion, tremors, psychosis, hallucinations, high fever and convulsions, restlessness, nervousness and irritability, stupor, dystonia, and respiratory depression.
