Introduction About PANTEC 40MG PREFILLED SYRINGE

PANTEC 40MG PREFILLED SYRINGE contains Pantoprazole which belongs to the group of medicines called Proton pump inhibitors. It is used to manage peptic ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) or reflux esophagitis and its associated symptoms such as acidity, heartburn, acid reflux and pain in swallowing.

Peptic ulcers are painful sores that develop on the linings of the stomach, esophagus or intestines. It causes severe stomach pain with sensation of flatulence, indigestion, vomiting and fatigue.

Reflux esophagitis can be defined as the inflammation of the food pipe accompanied with acid reflex. PANTEC 40MG PREFILLED SYRINGE can also be used to manage Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (tumors in pancreas causing the stomach to secrete more acid) and other acid related diseases of the gut.
