Introduction About FERRONOMIC PLUS TABLET
Ferronomic Plus Tablet is a nutraceutical preparation that is used to manage iron deficiency anemia (lack of red blood cells) during pregnancy. It contains lactoferrin, disodium guanosine 5-monophosphate, ferrous bisglycinate and folic acid as active ingredients that help in maintaining the iron reserves of the body.
Ferrous bisglycinate is a source of dietary iron which is more effectively absorbed in the gut. Lactoferrin helps control how well iron is absorbed into the body from the intestine.
Folic acid is essential for growth and development, especially during first 12 weeks of pregnancy, to protect the baby against neural tube defects.
Disodium guanosine 5-monophosphate helps in decreasing the levels of hepcidin (responsible for the impairment of iron absorption), and thus promotes effective iron-mediated formation of red blood cells.
Take Ferronomic Plus Tablet as advised by your physician. The daily recommended dose should not be exceeded.
