Introduction About FERIZAC SYRUP
Ferizac Syrup is an iron supplement used to manage iron deficiency anemia (low hemoglobin levels). It contains ferrous bisglycinate, zinc, vitamin B12 and folic acid as active ingredients that helps meet the nutritional requirements.
Ferrous bisglycinate replenishes the iron stores in your body. Iron is required for the formation of new red blood cells and haemoglobin (a substance that gives these cells the ability to transport oxygen). Zinc is a trace element that is important in small amounts for better human health.
Folic acid is a form of vitamin B that plays a vital role in the formation of red blood cells. It is also important in pregnancy due to its role in the development of the unborn baby's brain and spinal cord. Methylcobalamin helps in the management of certain anaemias and nerve problems.
Always take Ferizac Syrup as advised by your physician. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Before taking Ferizac Syrup, inform your doctor if you have any metabolic disorders (Ex. hemochromatosis, hemosiderosis), haemolytic anemia, alcohol use/abuse, stomach or intestinal problems (Ex. ulcers, colitis) or vitamin B12 deficiency.
