Methylcobalamin helps to restore the vitamin B12 levels in the body and helps to manage several conditions such as anaemias (decrease in red blood cell count) and nerve related issues. Folic acid is a form of vitamin B9 and helps in the production of red blood cells, improving oxygen circulation in the body. Folic acid along with Vitamin B12 helps to control high levels of homocysteine in the blood as elevated homocysteine levels might increase the risk of heart diseases.
