Introduction About AUXISODA EC 1000 TABLET

AUXISODA EC 1000 Tablet is an alkalinizing agent used to correct metabolic acidosis (increased acidity of blood and urine). It can also be used as a replacement therapy for patients suffering from severe diarrhea and can manage injection site irritation in patients receiving IV fluids or injections.

It contains sodium bicarbonate as the active ingredient which is a base (alkaline) compound. Following consumption, sodium bicarbonate restores the pH of blood and urine to the normal levels and reverses the clinical manifestations of metabolic acidosis.

Before taking AUXISODA EC 1000 Tablet, inform your doctor if you have breathing problems, heart problems, kidney problems, liver problems, high blood pressure, high blood sodium levels or swollen foot or ankles. You must also inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding as a precaution.
