Do not stop taking TICAVIC 60MG without talking to your doctor first. Stopping this medicine suddenly increase the risk of heart attack or stroke. Your doctor may advice you to stop this medicine for a short time if you are undergoing any surgery.
Can TICAVIC 60MG cause gout?
Yes, TICAVIC 60MG can increase the level of uric acid in blood and cause gout. Talk to your doctor if you get severe pain and swelling in your joints which will be the signs of gout.
Is TICAVIC 60MG safe in children’s and elderly?
TICAVIC 60MG is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (under 18 years of age) and should be used in caution with patients above 65 years of age.
Can TICAVIC 60MG cause shortness of breath?
Higher risk of difficulty in breathing was found in patients treated with TICAVIC 60MG when compared with clopidogrel (antiplatelet drug). Contact your doctor immediately if you feel very difficult to breath.
