SHIDOM 10MG contain domperidone which belongs to a group of medicine called dopamine antagonists. It is used to treat nausea and vomiting in adults and adolescents. It increases the movement of food through the stomach and the digestive tract more quickly, thus reducing the feeling of bloating, fullness and indigestion. It works by blocking the action of a chemical in your brain which causes the feeling of nausea and vomiting.
It must be taken 15 to 30 minutes before a meal. Try to take SHIDOM 10MG at the same time each day. It should be swallowed whole with water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. It is strictly not recommended for use in children and adolescents under 12 years of age and older with a body weight of less than 35kg. Before taking this medicine tell your doctor if you have ever had kidney disease, heart disease, liver problems. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking this medicine. The most common side effect of this medicine is dry mouth.

Itching:
Moisturize your skin. Apply cooling agents such as menthol and calamine or apply a cold, wet cloth, or ice pack on the itching area.

SHIDOM 10MG is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless necessary. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.
SHIDOM 10MG does not affect your ability to drive or use machines.
Consumption of alcohol is not recommended during treatment with SHIDOM 10MG.
SHIDOM 10MG should be used with caution in patients suffering from active kidney diseases. Consult your doctor for advice.
SHIDOM 10MG is not recommended in patients with active liver diseases. Before taking this medicine consult your doctor.
Do not take SHIDOM 10MG if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to domperidone or any other ingredients in this medicine.
