INTRODUCTION

PROTEK SOAP contains Ketoconazole which belongs to the group of medicines called Antimicrobials. It is used to treat and prevent fungal infections of the skin like dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis (a fungal infection causing dry or oily scaling of the scalp and other parts of the body).

USES OF PROTEK SOAP

  • To treat and prevent fungal infections like dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis

HOW PROTEK SOAP WORKS

PROTEK SOAP reduces fungal infection where ketoconazole arrests growth in fungal cells and zinc pyrithione damages the proteins essential for fungal metabolism and growth.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Use PROTEK SOAP as advised by your physician. It is for external use only. Apply PROTEK SOAP to the affected part of the skin and rub gently to develop enough lather. After two minutes, wash off thoroughly.

If PROTEK SOAP accidentally gets in your eye, wash your eyes with water. Do not swallow it. Your doctor will decide the proper dose and duration of therapy for you according to your age, body weight and disease condition.
