    Introduction About MOZA MPS TABLET

    MOZA MPS TABLET is a combination of Activated Dimethicone and Mosapride which belongs to the group of medicines called Antiflatulent agents and Gastrointestinal agents respectively. It is used to gastroesophageal reflux diseases (GERD) and gastrointestinal symptoms such as heartburn, bloating, vomiting and constipation. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) occurs when stomach acid frequently flows back into the tube connecting the mouth and stomach. Symptoms include heartburn, chest pain and difficulty in swallowing.

    Your doctor might want you to make certain lifestyle changes like fiber-rich diet, increase fluid intake and regular exercise. Before taking MOZA MPS TABLET inform your doctor if you have liver, kidney disease or a history of stomach disorders (appendicitis or a blockage in the bowel). Consult your doctor before taking the medicine.

    MOZA MPS TABLET is not recommended for use in children. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before starting your management with MOZA MPS TABLET. The most common side effects of taking MOZA MPS TABLET are diarrhea, dryness in mouth and stomach pain. Consult your doctor if any of the above side effects worsen or persists for a longer duration.

    Uses Of MOZA MPS TABLET

    It is used to manage:

    • gastroesophageal reflux diseases (GERD)
    • gastrointestinal symptoms such as heartburn, bloating, vomiting
    • constipation

    How MOZA MPS TABLET Works

    MOZA MPS TABLET is a combination of Mosapride and Activated dimethicone. Mosapride is a prokinetic which eases the movement of intestines, increasing the frequency of bowel movements, softening stools, and reducing abdominal pain and discomfort. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine which breaks down gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.

    How to use MOZA MPS TABLET

    Take MOZA MPS TABLET as advised by your physician. Chew the medicine. Do not crush or swallow the medicine. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.

    How To Manage Side Effects

    Diarrhea

    Drink lots of water or fruit juice to keep yourself hydrated. Consult your doctor if any of the symptom did not improve.
