    Introduction About MCBM L TABLET

MCBM-L Tablet is a dietary supplement used in women with MTHFR (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) genetic defect and pregnancy above 35 years. It contains mecobalamin, L-methylfolate, and pyridoxal-5-phosphate as active ingredients that help manage folate deficiency and promote optimum health.

Mecobalamin enhances synthesis of proteins in nerve cells and promotes the formation of protective layer (myelin) of nerve cells. L-methylfolate (primary form of folate) is a coenzyme essential for many cellular functions like metabolism of amino acids, DNA and RNA synthesis, and the synthesis and growth of all cells.

Pyridoxal 5-phosphate is involved in protein synthesis, has multiple functions, and is important for normal brain development and for keeping the nervous and immune system healthy.

Take one tablet daily or as directed by your doctor. Swallow with a glass of water and do not crush or chew it. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before taking MCBM-L Tablet.
