DOSER TABLET contains a medicine Serratiopeptidase, which belongs to a group of medicines called proteolytic enzyme (Protease). It is used to relieve inflammation in conditions such as following surgery and trauma, engorgement of the breast, bladder, tube that carries sperm from the testes, gum tissue of the wisdom tooth, nasal sinus, tooth abscess (pus) and also used in the treatment of inflammation of the airways that carry air to lungs, pulmonary tuberculosis (infection of the lungs), asthma, following anaesthesia.
Do not take DOSER TABLET if you have a gastric ulcer. Before taking this DOSER TABLET inform your doctor if you have or have had any kidney, liver or heart problems. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctors before taking this medicine. DOSER TABLET is not recommended for use by children.
The common side effects are rash or redness, diarrhoea, loss of appetite, gastric discomfort, nausea or vomiting, bleeding from the nose or bloody mucus, shock, allergic reaction symptoms, inflammation of the liver, jaundice (yellow discolouration of skin and eyes).
DOSER TABLET is an enzyme that helps the body in the breakdown of protein. It can reduce pain by blocking the release of pain-inducing chemicals from inflamed tissues.
Always take this medicine as directed by your physician. Swallow the medicine as a whole with plenty of water and do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the correct dose for you depending on your condition.
Diarrhoea:
Drink lots of fluids, such as water or fruit juices to keep yourself hydrated. Avoid taking any medicine on your own for treating diarrhoea. Consult your doctor if your symptom does not improve.
Loss of appetite:
Eat when you are hungry. Eat smaller meals more often than usual. Snack only when you're hungry. Eat a nutritious snack which is rich in calories and protein, such as dried fruit and nuts. Consult your doctor if your symptom does not improve.
Nausea and vomiting:
Try to take this medicine with or just after a meal or a snack. Stick to simple meals. Avoid eating rich or spicy foods. Consult your doctor if your symptom does not improve.
DOSER TABLET is not recommended for use by pregnant women. Consult your doctor before taking DOSER TABLET.
DOSER TABLET is not recommended for use by breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before taking DOSER TABLET.
DOSER TABLET has no interference with the capability of driving or operating heavy machinery.
DOSER TABLET should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Consult your doctor for advice.
DOSER TABLET should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Consult your doctor for advice.
Do not take this medicine if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to Serratiopeptidase.
Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you have blood abnormalities such as bleeding.

DOSER TABLET is considered safe for use in children and adolescents. Consult your doctor before taking it.

Can I crush DOSER TABLET if I cannot swallow it whole?
No. Swallow DOSER TABLET with a glass of water. If you cannot swallow it whole, do not crush or chew it. Instead, break the medicine with the help of the score line. Consult your, physician, for other forms of DOSER TABLET that you can take.
What if I forget to take a dose of DOSER TABLET?
If you forget to take a dose of DOSER TABLET, take it as soon as you remember. However, omit the missed dose if it is almost time for the next dose. Do not take DOSER TABLET twice to make up for a forgotten dose.
Can I stop taking DOSER TABLET?
Do not stop taking DOSER TABLET without consulting your physician, as it can lead to a sudden increase in fits. If you have any more doubts regarding the use of DOSER TABLET, ask your physician.
