Dey’s Milk of Magnesia Liquid is a laxative used to provide relief from occasional constipation. It contains magnesium hydroxide as active ingredient which provides relief from occasional constipation by working with body's natural process to relieve constipation.

Magnesium hydroxide reacts with acid in the stomach and neutralizes it which directly results in the reduction of the acidic and irritating effects of acidity which in addition helps to draw water into the intestinal tract, that causes distension in the intestine and thereby providing relief from constipation.
