It contains Yavakshar, Shwet Parpati, Tribulus Terrestris (Gokshura), Coriandrum sativum (Dhanyak) and Cuminum cyminum (Jeerak) as active ingredients which helps to maintain normal pH and prevent urinary tract infections.

Yavakshar, Shwet Parpati is a potent urinary alkaliser with mild diuretic activity. Thus, it reduces burning micturition. Tribulus Terrestris (Gokshura) has diuretic and lithotriptic (disintegrates renal stones) property which facilitates the passage of urinary calculi (kidney stones).
