Boost is a malt-based health food drink and nutritionally balanced with 26 vitamins and minerals for high protein and energy.

To make Hot: Stir 2-3 teaspoon (20 g) of Boost to a cup of hot milk. Add sugar to taste.

To make Cold: Stir 2-3 teaspoon (20 g) of Boost to a little warm milk, top-up with Chilled milk. Add sugar to taste.
