Have trouble remembering small conversations? Or the place where you left your house keys? Or the name of that new movie you went to? Feeling absent-minded or disorganized off lately? Well, you're not alone. As we age, our brains become more ‘noisy' and are not as good at registering new information or recollecting older ones as they used to before.

And just like all other organs and parts in the body, the brain functioning also starts diminishing as you get older. Hence, it is extremely necessary to incorporate brain tonics and memory-boosting compounds in the daily diet from a very young age to prevent or postpone neural degeneration. Wondering what you can do to empower your brain with that much-needed boost? Here comes Ayurveda, the age-old alternative form of remedy that brings you a concoction of memory-boosting herbs in the form of Saraswatarishta!
