There is no particular time to follow your beauty regimen, but if you ask us – nights are the best time to let the skin repair on its own and this is a good time to indulge in night creams!
According to studies the metabolic activity of skin peaks at night, even as you catch your beauty sleep, and night creams leave your skin supple, smooth and glowing by morning.
Why Should You Use A Night Cream:
Night creams enriched with Vitamin A reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines over a period of time while peptides help in clearing the dead cells. Vitamin C in these creams acts as an antioxidant, providing a good amount of collagen for that supple, smooth, elasticity of the skin.
