1/3 cup flax seeds

2 cups water

½ tsp honey

½ tbsp shea butter


Boil water and flax seeds in a pot while continuously stirring  with a wooden spoon

Once it starts to become a watery gel-like substance, immediately turn off the heat

Use a tea strainer to separate the seeds from the gel

Keep the extracted gel in a bowl and let it cool for about 20 minutes

Next, add the honey and shea butter and stir to get a smooth consistency
