4 cups of green grapes
1 cup of water
1 tsp ginger juice
3 tsp lemon juice
2 pinches salt
4 tbsp sugar substitute
3-4 sprigs of mint leaves for garnish
Put all the ingredients in a blender along with 1 cup of water until it becomes a smooth mixture.
Pour the mixture in a separate container, cover it with a lid and freeze for 7-8 hours.
While serving scoop out the sorbet in individual bowls.
