Uses of Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate
Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate is used to treat in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older. It is also used to treat chronic hepatitis B, an infection with HBV (hepatitis B virus).
