Q: What is a medicine refill and why should I subscribe for it?

A: If you require certain medicine(s) for a longer duration (say more than 3 months), our “Refill” feature will save you from the hassle of re-ordering. Subscribe for a refill while placing your order and we auto refill your item(s) on same date for the following months.

Q: How do I create a refill?

A: You can go to your “Order History” page and select the order which you wish to refill and click on “Reorder” OR while placing an order, you can click the “Subscribe” option on the “Shipping & Delivery” page. On subscribing, the order gets placed automatically for the subsequent months.

Q: Do I need to pay anything for the refill service?

A: No, the refill service is absolutely free of cost.

Q: What if I miss my notification for refill order?

A: If you have missed the notification you can place an order manually.

Q: How can I modify my medicine refill interval?

A: You will not be able to modify the medicine refill interval once its been set.

Q: How can I add a new medicine to my refill?

A: You can add new item(s) while confirming the refill order by adding the item(s) to the cart.

Q: How can I alter the quantity of medicines in my refill?

A: You will be able to decrease the quantity while confirming the refill order. You will however not be able to increase the quantity of medication beyond what is prescribed.

Q: How can I skip my refill delivery?

A: You can skip the refill by ignoring the notification to complete the order.

Q: How can I cancel my refill?

A: You can cancel the order by going to your “Order History” page.

Q: Is there an option to auto refill my order month on month?

A: You can use the auto refill option to reorder medication on a monthly basis by clicking the “Subscribe” option on the “Shipping & Delivery” page. On subscribing, the order gets placed automatically for the subsequent months on the date of subscription.
