Introduction About ZECAL ACTIVE 250MG/1000IU TABLET
Zecal Active Tablet is a dietary supplement that helps to manage calcium and vitamin D deficiency states in pregnancy, lactation, and in growing children. It contains calcium, vitamin D3, and folic acid as active ingredients.
Calcium citrate maleate provides calcium, which is essential for the maintenance of the nervous, muscular, and skeletal systems, as well as the cell membrane. It helps in the maintenance of bone mass and decreases the risk of fractures.
Vitamin D3 aids in the intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphorus to build strong bones. It helps regulate the body’s production of parathyroid hormone. Therefore, it is used to manage secondary hyperparathyroidism and metabolic bone disease in individuals with kidney disease and/or parathyroid disorders. Folic acid helps in red blood cell formation and maintains the brain and nervous system.
