Introduction About XTRACAL PM TABLET
Xtracal PM Tablet is a nutritional supplement which helps in the management of low blood calcium levels in individuals who do not get adequate calcium from the diet. It is used as an adjuvant in conditions affecting the bones, such as osteoporosis (thinning of bones) and fractures. It contains calcium citrate malate, soya isoflavonoids, alfacalcidol, zinc, magnesium, copper and manganese as active ingredients to improve calcium levels and build strong bones.
Calcium helps to maintain strong bones. Alfacalcidol helps in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus from the intestine for maintaining strong bones. Soya isoflavonoids and magnesium stimulates the bone forming cells called osteoblasts, thereby increases the bone density. Copper and zinc are essential for normal skeletal growth and bone homeostasis and promotes bone regeneration. Boron enhances calcium and magnesium absorption and promotes bone strengthening. Manganese supports bone formation and mineralization and involves in collagen production (key component of bone).
Always take Xtracal PM Tablet as advised by the physician. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water and do not crush or chew the medicine. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any of its components.
