Direction for Use/Dosage
This device is intended for use by a trained and registered healthcare professional only. Select the appropriate catheter size for the patient. Make a small incision at the insertion site and insert the trocar with the catheter through the intercostal space. Once in the pleural cavity, hold the trocar and slide the catheter over it, then withdraw the trocar. Anchor the catheter to the skin using stitches and seal the interface with dressing. Connect the catheter to an underwater seal drainage system. Discard the device after a single use.
