Introduction About RECTOL 80 SUPPOSITORIES
RECTOL 80 Suppositories is used to manage pain and bring down high body temperature (fever). It contains Paracetamol as an active ingredient that helps to reduce fever and pain.
Paracetamol relieves pain by increasing the pain threshold by inhibiting certain enzymes involved in the synthesis of chemicals responsible for inducing pain (prostaglandins). It reduces fever by directly acting on heat-regulating centres in the brain.
Use RECTOL 80 Suppositories as advised by the doctor. Do not use RECTOL 80 Suppositories if you are allergic to paracetamol. It is for rectal use only.
