Ensure the blue-colored side faces outwards, away from your face. Hold the mask by the ear loops and place a loop around each ear. Mold or pinch the stiff edge to the shape of your nose and pull the bottom of the mask over your mouth and chin, ensuring no gaps. To remove the mask, handle only the ear loops, and discard it immediately in a closed bin. Wash your hands again after disposal.
