Introduction About PM 125MG DISPERSIBLE TABLET
PM 125mg Dispersible Tablet is used to relieve pain and fever. It also aids in providing relief to pain and fever associated with flu and common cold. It contains Paracetamol as main ingredient.
Paracetamol relieves pain by increasing the pain threshold by inhibiting certain enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2) involved in the synthesis of chemicals responsible for inducing pain (prostaglandins). It reduces fever by directly acting on heat-regulating centres in the brain, resulting in vessel relaxation, sweating and loss of body heat.
PM 125mg Dispersible Tablet has to be taken as advised by your doctor. Do not take PM 125mg Dispersible Tablet if you are allergic to paracetamol. Take PM 125mg Dispersible Tablet only after consultation from doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding women, planning pregnancy and are diagnosed with liver disease.
