HOW TO USE:
Step 1. Start at the base of your lashes with the wand and slowly drag the wand upwards in a zig-zag motion.
Step 2. Do not let mascara dry in between coats. Use the wand to comb out any clumps on your lash tips.
Step 3. Easily remove the mascara with Maybelline New York’s makeup remover.
