    How to use: Step 1. From the outer corner of your eye draw the diagonal line outwards (use the natural curve of your bottom lash line as a guide to draw upwards for a lifted effect). Step 2. Using that same line as a guide, apply the eyeliner inwards towards your lash line. Step 3. Fill in the rest of the lash line using small strokes.
