    Introduction About FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S

    FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S is a combination of Bromelain, Rutoside and Trypsin which belongs to the group of medicines called Proteolytic Enzymes and Flavonoids respectively. It is used in the management of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, joint issues related to inflammation, pain and swelling of joints, swelling associated with surgical wounds, pulmonary edema, ulcerative colitis, sports and accidental injuries, muscular cramps and spasms, tendinitis, bursitis, dental extraction, sinusitis, bronchitis and rhinitis.     

    Prior to starting the management with FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S, your doctor might want you to take several diagnostic tests to understand your existing condition and to safely use this medicine to manage the risk of any unusual effects.   

    FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S is not recommended for use in patients with hemophilia (disorder in which blood doesn't clot normally), liver or kidney disorders and patients undergoing hemodialysis. FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S should be taken with caution in patients with any bleeding disorders and heart disease.   

    FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women. There is no data on the use of FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S in children or elderly patients hence, always consult your doctor for advice before taking this medicine.  

    The most common side effects of taking FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S are nausea, diarrhea, stomach upset, tiredness, dry mouth and skin rash. Consult your doctor if any of the side effects worsen.

    Uses Of FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S

    Used in the management of pain and inflammation associated with the following:

    How FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S Works

    FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S helps in managing pain and inflammation associated with various conditions where bromelain and trypsin are protease enzymes that decrease inflammation by inhibiting the substances that are responsible for it called proinflammatory prostaglandins. It also influences blood clotting by increasing the activity of a protein called fibrinogen. Rutoside is a flavonoid that works by enhancing the strength of blood vessels and decreasing their ability to break down.  

    How to use FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S

    Take FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with enough water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S for you depending on your age, body weight and disease condition.

    How To Manage Side Effects

    Diarrhea:

    Drink lot of fluids such as water or fruit juices to keep yourself hydrated. Do not take any medicine on your own to manage diarrhea. Consult your doctor if the symptom does not improve.   

    Constipation:

    Take fiber rich foods in your diet such as fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals and drink plenty of fluids. Exercise regularly (such as walking) and stay active. Consult your doctor if the symptom does not improve. 

    Headache:  

    Rest and relax. Drink plenty of fluids such as water or electrolytes. Apply a pain-relieving balm on the forehead if required. Do not consume too much of alcohol. Consult your doctor if the symptom does not improve.

    Dry mouth:

    Sip water regularly and other sugar free liquids. Do not use mouthwashes that contain alcohol because they can make your mouth dry, use mouthwash that is used only for dry mouth. Limit your caffeine intake. Avoid smoking or using tobacco products. Consult your doctor if the symptom does not improve.

    Tiredness:

    Drink plenty of fluid, eat balanced diet and frequent meals. Do regular minimal exercise and follow regular sleep schedule. Consult your doctor if the symptom does not improve.

    Pregnancy

    FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S is not recommended for use in pregnant women. Consult your doctor before taking FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S.

    Breastfeeding

    FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before taking FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S.

    Alcohol

    Avoid consumption of FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S while taking FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S.

    Kidney

    FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S is not recommended for use in patients with kidney disorders and in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Consult your doctor before taking FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S.

    Liver

    FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S is not recommended for use in patients with liver disorders. Consult your doctor before taking FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S.

    Allergy

    Do not take FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S if you are allergic to Bromelain, Rutoside and Trypsin.

    Heart Disease

    FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S should be used with caution in patients with heart disease. Consult your doctor before taking it.

    Others

    FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S is not recommended for use if you:

    • have hemophilia (disorder in which blood doesn't clot normally)

    Before taking FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S, inform your doctor if you have:

    • any other bleeding disorder

    A. Drug-Drug Interactions:

    Before taking FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines:

    • digoxin (used to manage heart problems)
    • ramipril (used to manage high blood pressure)

    Overdosage:

    If you or anyone else accidentally take too much of FLAMHEAL TABLET 10'S, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital.
