Introduction About D GARD CAPSULE
D-Gard Capsule is a dietary supplement used to improve fertility in women with polycystic ovarian disease/polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOD/PCOS). It corrects hormonal imbalance and boosts metabolism especially among patients with PCOS and in patients trying to become pregnant.
D-Gard Capsule contains selenomethionine, acetylcysteine, vitamins and minerals as active ingredients which helps in controlling blood sugar and blood cholesterol levels, and regulate the release of insulin and thyroid hormones whose deficiencies may hinder pregnancy.
Vitamin B12 and folic acid have significant roles in the regulation of homocysteine level, which is elevated in PCOS. Zinc improves blood glucose level and insulin resistance. Manganese and selenium improve glucose tolerance and reduce oxidative stress.
