CD ALPHA Soft Gelatin Capsule is a nutritional supplement used to maintain healthy teeth, bones and joints. It restores calcium and vitamin D levels in the body which helps in management of bone disorders like osteoporosis, osteomalacia, rickets, osteodystrophy, etc. especially in patients with kidney or parathyroid disorders. It contains alfacalcidiol and elemental calcium as the active ingredients.
Alfacalcidiol is a Vitamin D analogue. It is essential for maintaining parathyroid levels and in the absorption of calcium taken through diet or through supplementation.
