What ZOCON 2% is used for?

  • It is used to treat skin conditions such as ringworm, athlete's foot, jock itch, nail infection

Talk to your doctor before using this medicine, if you:         

  • are allergic to Fluconazole or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine
  • If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before using this medicine



Tell your doctor if you are using:

  • any other topical medicines, including sunscreens, lotions, moisturizers and cosmetics
  • Always apply this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
  • Apply a thin layer to the site and gently massage it into the skin
  • Do not cover the area and allow any excess to air dry
  • Wash your hands before and after each application
  • It is important to keep it from coming into contact with the mucous membranes or areas of skin that are broken or damaged

If you apply more ZOCON 2%

  • If you apply more of this medicine, remove the excess medicine by washing with water

If you forget to apply ZOCON 2%

  • Continue to apply as directed but do not apply twice as much to make up for the missed application

If you stop applying ZOCON 2%

  • You should not stop applying this medicine unless told to do so by your doctor
Very Rare

Like all medicines, ZOCON 2% may cause some side effects, although not everybody gets them.

  • skin rash or irritation
  • dryness or cracking of the surrounding area
  • itchiness
  • burning at the application site
