What is ZITHROCIN 1gm used for?

ZITHROCIN 1gm is a macrolide antibiotic used to treat different types of bacterial infections, which include skin infections, sinus infections, respiratory infections, throat infections, ear infections, and pneumonia. It is also used to treat sexually transmitted diseases, including gonorrhea and chlamydia. This medicine fights bacteria in the body.

How to take ZITHROCIN 1gm?

The dosage of ZITHROCIN 1gm prescribed to each patient will vary. Always follow your physician’s instructions and/or the directions on the prescription drug label.

Take ZITHROCIN 1gm with a full glass of water.

If your physician has instructed or directed you to take ZITHROCIN 1gm medication in a regular schedule and you have missed a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember.
