What ZENGAT 0.3% is used for?

  • It is used to treat the signs and symptoms of bacterial conjunctivitis (pink eye)

  • are allergic to any of the other ingredients of this medicine
  • wear contact lenses

  • Do not drive or operate any machines while using this medicine as you may temporarily have blurred vision

Tell your doctor if you are taking,

  • corticosteroids (used to provide relief for inflamed areas of the body)
  • Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Very Rare
  • allergic reactions: inflamed or itchy skin, swelling or redness of the skin or hives (urticaria)
  • eye irritation or any eye problems: dryness of the eye, swelling or redness of the eyelid, tearing or eye discharge, decreased vision or eye pain
  • unusual or after-taste and runny nose
  • swelling or other disorders of the area around the cornea, spots on the cornea, sensitivity to light, blurred vision, nausea, sore throat, sneezing and dizziness
