INTRODUCTION

Wetadine-2 Cool Mint Germicide Gargle is an antiseptic agent used for infected inflammatory conditions of the mouth and pharynx due to bacterial or monilial infections such as tonsilitis, pharyngitis, stomatitis, etc. and in dental surgery. It contains povidone iodine as an active ingredient to treat infections of the mouth and pharynx.  

Povidone-iodine inhibits the synthesis of various cellular mechanisms of micro-organisms that lead to their death. Also, it exhibits anti-inflammatory reactions that counteracts inflammation associated with pathogens and host response.    

Always use Wetadine-2 Cool Mint Germicide Gargle as advised by your doctor. For usage and administration for children and adults, dilute with an equal volume of water and gargle or rinse thoroughly for at least 30 seconds and spit it out, do not swallow it. Repeat every two to four hours for as long as required or as directed by the doctor.
