What SINOPIL 4MG is used for?

  • It is used to treat hypertension and also helps to relax your blood vessels

Talk to your Doctor, if you:

  • are allergic to any of the other ingredients of this medicine
  • have heart problem (aortic stenosis), had an heart attack within the last month
  • have an uneven heart beat  
  • have or have ever had any liver problems
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine
  • You may feel dizzy while taking SINOPIL 4MG. If this happens, do not drive or use any tools or machines

Tell your doctor if you are taking,

  • medicines for high blood pressure
  • medicines to control your heartbeat (anti-arrhythmics)
  • tricyclic antidepressants (used for depression)
  • antibiotics (used to treat infections)
  • antihistamines (used for hay fever and other allergies)
  • cimetidine (used for stomach problems)
  • tetracosactide and corticosteroids
  • Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
  • Swallow the medicine whole with a drink of water
  • Do not take with grapefruit juice

If you take more SINOPIL 4MG

  • If you take more of this medicine than you should, talk to a doctor or go to a hospital straight away

If you forget to take SINOPIL 4MG

  • If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember it on the same day. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose

If you stop taking SINOPIL 4MG

  • Do not stop taking the medicine unless your doctor tells to do

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Very Rare
  • allergic reactions: rapid swelling of the face, mouth and throat which may cause difficulty breathing
  • dizziness, headache, fast or uneven heartbeat (palpitations), flushing, swelling particularly of the ankles
  • stomach upset, nausea
  • rash, redness of the skin, itching
  • an increase in the amount of urine
  • changes in results of blood tests relating to your liver
  • chest pain (angina) including chest pain that is getting worse
  • low blood pressure (feeling faint, fainting)
  • swelling of the gums
  • nettle rash (urticaria)
  • muscle cramps
  • tremor
  • depression

  • Store at a room temperature of 15-25°C
