ROLOSOL PLUS TABLET helps to treat pain, where Diclofenac inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 and blocks the production of prostaglandins (which are responsible for pain), while paracetamol works by decreasing fever by acting on the hypothalamus (heat-regulation centre in the brain) produces peripheral vasodilation, resulting in increased blood flow through the skin, sweating and heat loss. It also increases the pain threshold by inhibiting COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes and serratiopeptidase is an anti-inflammatory agent which reduces inflammation and swelling in the affected area.
