Percuna 2.5% Gel is an antibacterial medicine used for the treatment of pimples (acne) on face, chest, or back. It contains benzoyl peroxide as an active ingredient that helps to wash off excess oils and dirt from the skin that causes pimples.
Benzoyl Peroxide gets converted into benzoic acid which releases active free-radical oxygen. These free radicals interfere with important bacterial function and survival, hence killing them. It also increases the turnover rate of skin cells which helps in treating acne.
Always use Percuna 2.5% Gel exactly as advised by your doctor. It is for external use only. Clean and pat dry the affected areas. Apply a thin layer of the gel and rub gently to spread. Wash your hands before and after applying this gel. Do not apply the gel on open wounds, sunburned or windburned area, dry skin, irritated skin, and eczema. Stop using this gel if skin irritation worsens.

Make sure to apply a moisturiser after this gel to prevent any dryness from occurring.
