Inform your doctor before receiving PALANOGET 0.25MG INJECTION if you have or had heart diseases or a family history of heart diseases such as QT prolongation (changes in heartbeat) or congestive heart failure, slow heartbeat or conduction disturbances, acute bowel obstruction or chronic constipation or untreated electrolyte imbalances like potassium and magnesium in the blood.
PALANOGET 0.25MG INJECTION is not recommended for use in pregnancy unless clearly necessary as it is not known whether it may cause harm to the unborn baby. Contact your doctor before receiving it.

Used:
PALANOGET 0.25MG INJECTION blocks the action of serotonin, which induces nausea and vomiting (serotonin is a chemical that carries messages between nerve cells in the brain and throughout the body).
PALANOGET 0.25MG INJECTION will be injected intravenously into your body only by your doctor or nurse. Your doctor will administer the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.
Stop receiving PALANOGET 0.25MG INJECTION and contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following side effects:
Constipation:
Eat plenty of fibre-rich foods such as fresh fruits, vegetables and cereals. Drink water and exercise regularly. Contact your doctor if constipation persists.
Headache:
Rest and relax. Drink plenty of water and electrolytes. Apply a pain-relieving balm on the head if needed. Do not consume alcohol. Contact your doctor if your headache worsens.
Dizziness:
Try to rest and relax. Get enough sleep. Avoid driving or operating machinery if you feel dizziness. Avoid alcohol consumption as it aggravates dizziness. Contact your doctor if the dizziness worsens.
Stomach pain:
Try to rest and relax. Eat small meals but take them frequently. Keep a heating pad on your stomach. Contact your doctor if the stomach pain does not improve.
Indigestion:
Eat small meals but take them frequently. Eat and exercise regularly. Contact your doctor if indigestion persists.
Itchy skin:
Avoid hot showers because hot water can irritate the skin. Do not scratch the affected area. Use sunscreen and protective clothing when outdoors. Use moisturizers to soothe and hydrate the affected skin area. Contact your doctor if the itching worsens.
Diarrhoea:
Drink plenty of water or fruit juices to keep you hydrated. Do not take any medicine on your own to treat diarrhoea. Contact your doctor if diarrhoea worsens.
