Stinging nettle contains ingredients that might decrease inflammation and increase urine output. The chemical constituents present in pumpkin seed extract and Pygeum also cause diuretic effect (increase in urine output) and relieves bladder and prostate discomfort or inflammation. Both lycopene and green tea extract contains powerful antioxidants that may help protect cells from damage and reduce the risk of cancers.
