NOBEL 200MG contain Nimesulide which belongs to a group of medicine called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is used to treat acute pain and period pains. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
NOBEL 200MG can be taken after food. Try to take this medicine at the same time each day. It should be swallowed whole with water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. This medicine is strictly not recommended for use in children under 12 years. Before taking this medicine tell your doctor if you have ever had kidney disease, heart disease, liver problems. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking this medicine. The common side effects are ulcers of the stomach and upper part of the small bowels (peptic/gastroduodenal ulcers), hole in the wall of the bowels (perforation) or bleeding of the digestive tract, diarrhoea, sickness, vomiting, minor changes in blood tests for liver function.

Diarrhoea:
Drink lot of fluid such as water or squash, to avoid dehydration. Do not take any other medicines without talking to a doctor.
Nausea and vomiting:
Try taking this medicine with, or just after, a meal or snack and stick to simple meals and do not eat rich or spicy food.
Stomach pain:
Try to rest and relax. You can eat and drink slowly or have smaller and frequent meals. Applying heat pad or covered hot water bottle on your stomach. If still pain persists, speak to your doctor.
NOBEL 200MG is not recommended for use in pregnant women unless necessary (last 3 months of pregnancy). Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.
NOBEL 200MG is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless necessary. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.
Do not drive or operate any machine while taking this medicine as it may cause dizziness or sleepiness.
Consumption of alcohol is not recommended during treatment with NOBEL 200MG.
NOBEL 200MG is not recommended in patients with active kidney diseases. Before taking, discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.
NOBEL 200MG is not recommended in patients with active liver diseases. Before taking, discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.
Do not take NOBEL 200MG if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to nimesulide or any other ingredients in this medicine.
NOBEL 200MG is not recommended in patients with active lung diseases (wheezing, chest tightness, breathlessness (asthma). Before taking, discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.
NOBEL 200MG is not recommended in patients with active heart diseases. Before taking, discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.
