What is MOMEREX Cream used for?
MOMEREX Cream is a topical corticosteroid used to treat inflammation, redness, itching, and swelling caused by a number of skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, allergy, lichen simplex chronicus, genital organ pruritus, granuloma annulare, discoid lupus erythematosus, and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
MOMEREX Cream is also available in nasal spray form, which is used to treat and prevent nasal symptoms such as stuffy nose, runny nose, itching, and sneezing caused by seasonal or perennial (year-round) allergies. This medicine may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.
How to take MOMEREX Cream?
The dosage of MOMEREX Cream prescribed to each patient will vary. Always follow your physician’s instructions and/or the directions on the prescription drug label. The following dosage information includes the common dose of MOMEREX Cream. If your dose is different, do not follow the dosage described below unless your physician has approved.
Wash your hands before and after using MOMEREX Cream. Apply a thin film of MOMEREX Cream cream or ointment onto the affected area once daily. To apply the lotion, gently massage a few drops onto the affected area once daily.
If your physician has instructed or directed you to apply MOMEREX Cream medication in a regular schedule and you have missed a dose of this medicine, apply it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, then skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the doses unless otherwise directed.
Any medication taken in excess can have serious consequences. If you suspect an overdose of MOMEREX Cream, seek medical attention immediately.
What are the drugs that interact with MOMEREX Cream?
Usually drug interactions occur when it is taken with another drug or with food.
