What MILNACE 25MG is used for?

  • It is indicated for the management of fibromyalgia

Talk to your Doctor, if you:

  • are allergic to any of the other ingredients of this medicine
  • have heart or liver or kidney problems
  • have or had seizures
  • have bipolar disorder or mania
  • have low sodium levels in your blood
  • have or had bleeding problems
  • are alcoholic
  • have any other medical conditions
  • It can pass into breast milk, consult your doctor for advice before taking this medicine
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeedin, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine
  • Consult your doctor for advice before giving this medicine to your children
  • Do not drive or operate machines until you know how this medicine affects you  
  • It may make you less alert and affect your reaction time

Tell your doctor if you are taking,

  • monoamine oxidase inhibitor (used to treat depression)
  • linezolid (used to treat infection)
  • warfarin (used to treat blood clot)
  • nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or aspirin
  • Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you

If you take more MILNACE 25MG   

  • If you take too much of this medicine than prescribed dose, call your doctor or go to the nearest hospital

If you forget to take MILNACE 25MG

  • If you miss a dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose at your regular time

If you stop taking MILNACE 25MG

  • Do not stop taking your medicine unless your doctor tells to do so

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

  • suicidal thoughts or actions: attempts to commit suicide, agitation, insomnia, depression
  • serotonin syndrome: hallucinations, sweating or fever, diarrhea, muscle rigidity, dizziness, tremor
  • increased in blood pressure or heart rate
  • seizures
  • liver problems: right upper abdominal pain, enlarged liver, dark urine, yellowing of skin or eyes
  • headache, weakness, confusion (low salt levels in the blood)
  • abnormal bleeding
  • manic episodes like excessive happiness or irritability, reckless behaviour, unusually grand ideas
  • decreased urine flow or unable to pass urine
  • visual problems like eye pain, changes in vision, swelling or redness in or around eye
  • electric shock like sensations, ringing in ears
  • nausea, vomiting
  • constipation
  • hot flush
  • irregular heartbeat (palpitations), heart rate increased
  • dry mouth
  • high blood pressure (hypertension)
