What is INDOWEL Syrup used for?

INDOWEL Syrup tablet/injection/film/syrup/pastille is used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by cancer chemotherapy.

INDOWEL Syrup may also be prescribed for other conditions as determined by the doctor.

How does INDOWEL Syrup work?

INDOWEL Syrup belongs to the class of drugs called anti-emetics. The drug acts by blocking the action of serotonin, which is a natural substance that may cause nausea and vomiting.

How to use INDOWEL Syrup?

The dosage and the drug form depend on the age, weight and medical condition of an individual. Use INDOWEL Syrup as prescribed by your doctor.

  • Swallow the tablet whole. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
  • INDOWEL Syrup injection should be administered only under medical supervision.
