Talk to your Doctor, if you:

  • are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the other ingredients of this medicine
  • have blood disorder or disease
  • have or a family history of diabetes
  • have heart disease or previous heart attack, irregular heartbeat
  • have history of breast cancer
  • have low blood pressure
  • have liver disease
  • have Parkinson’s disease
  • have seizures
  • have psychotic disorders
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine
  • Consult your doctor for advice before giving this medicine to your children
  • Do not drive or operate any machines while taking this medicine, it may cause dizziness or drowsiness

Tell your doctor if you are taking,

  • chloroquine (used to treat malaria)
  • drugs used to treat schizophrenia
  • droperidol (used to treat nausea)
  • levomethadyl, methadone (narcotic analgesics)
  • drugs used to treat irregular heartbeat
  • pentamidine (used to treat lung infection)
  • pimozide (used to treat uncontrolled movements)
  • fluoxetine (used to treat major depressive disorder)
  • levodopa (used for Parkinson’s disease)
  • paroxetine (used to treat depression)
  • Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
  • Take this medicine by mouth with a glass of water

If you take more ILOFAST 2MG 

  • If you take too much of this medicine contact your doctor or go to nearest hospital immediately

If you forget to take ILOFAST 2MG  

  • If you forget to take a dose, take it after food as soon as you remember, but if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue as usual
  • Do not use a double dose to make up for a missed dose

If you stop taking ILOFAST 2MG

  • Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor tells you to do so

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
