INTRODUCTION
HYDROZIDE 12.5 TABLET contains Hydrochlorothiazide which belongs to the group of medicines called Diuretics. It is as an adjuvant therapy in treating edema (fluid accumulation) that is caused due to heart failure, liver inflammation (Ex. liver cirrhosis), kidney problems or due to intake of steroid medications. It can also be used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) either alone or in combination with other medications.
During treatment with HYDROZIDE 12.5 TABLET your doctor will constantly monitor your kidney functions, blood pressure, electrolyte levels and blood sugar levels to avoid the risk of unwanted side effects.

- medicines used for pain and inflammation (such as ibuprofen or indomethacin)
