Talk to your doctor before taking this medicine, if you:
- are allergic to Mecobalamin, Gabapentin or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine
- have kidney problems
- have depression, mood problems, or suicidal thoughts or behaviour
- have diabetes
Tell your doctor if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines such as,
- medicines used for convulsions, sleeping disorders, depression, anxiety or any other neurological or psychiatric problems
- antacids for indigestion
- neomycin used as antibiotic
- amino salicylic acid used for tuberculosis
- ranitidine use to reduce stomach acid
- colchicine used for gout
- birth control pills
- Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
- Take the medicine with water
- This medicine can be taken before or after food
If you take more GABANYL
- If you take more GABANYL than you should, speak to your doctor straightaway
If you forget to take GABANYL
- If you forget to take your medicine at the usual time, take it as soon as you remember then continuing as usual
- Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose
If you stop taking GABANYL
- Do not stop taking this medication until your doctor instructs you to
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

- headache, dizziness
- decrease in blood pressure or dyspnoea
- diaphoresis
- uncontrolled eye movements
- agitation and anxiety
- restlessness
- hyperactivity
- unusual tiredness and weakness
- irritability
- lower back pain
- increased appetite
- dry mouth
- weight gain
- feeling drowsy
- jerky movements
- difficulty with coordination or speaking
- double vision
- tremor
- unusual eye movement
- swelling of legs and feet
