INTRODUCTION

DILTIGESIC ORGANOGEL contains Diltiazem which belongs to a group of medicines called Calcium channel blockers. DILTIGESIC ORGANOGEL is used to promote the healing of the tear that has occurred in the skin of the anus (anal fissures) and reduce the symptoms of pain caused by the tear. Anal fissure is a tear in the skin lining the anus characterized by symptoms such as sharp burning pain and bleeding in the anal region.
