A: DAPASACH M 10/500 TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with allergic history to dapagliflozin, metformin, liver disease, moderate to severe kidney disease, recent heart attack or acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, cardiovascular collapse (shock), septicaemia or severe infection, diabetic ketoacidosis dehydration, hypoxemia, diabetic coma, uncontrolled diabetes, and lactic acidosis.
